She is a strategic, mission-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience building customer-centered programs and partnerships that drive growth, loyalty, and impact. She combines her experience and expertise to help individuals and organizations navigate change, strengthen collaboration, and achieve measurable results. Across a variety of industries, Anathea has led cross-functional teams, scaled enterprise programs, and designed training that empowers people at every level—from executives to end users. With a background spanning education, nonprofits, and business, she blends strategic insight with a people-first approach to foster clarity, connection, and lasting growth.

Trained through The Life Coach School, she integrates neuroscience, trusted philosophies, and a belief in human potential into her coaching practice. Miriam has a proven record of driving growth through brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional collaboration, while also mentoring high-performing teams. Passionate about psychology and the ways people learn and adapt, she brings both empathy and commercial insight to her work, helping individuals and organizations achieve clarity, balance, and measurable results.

Martha has a proven record of leading successful citywide and statewide campaigns, advancing labor rights, and shaping strategies that drive meaningful change. Her background in UX/LX design, content development, and editorial leadership ensures materials are accurate, engaging, and tailored for real-world use. Skilled in storytelling, strategy, and collaboration, she helps clients simplify processes, connect with audiences, and achieve measurable results. Her passion for advancing health literacy and building trust strengthens every project she supports.

Meet Shelley
Founding Member and Vice President, Training, Facilitation, & Events
Shelley A. Johnson (she/her/hers), MA, CPTD, is a Talent Development leader recognized for her player-coach approach to team leadership. As a trained life and engagement coach currently pursuing ICF certification, she focuses her practice on women's health and empowerment. In her primary role as Talent Development leader, she has built and led high-performing global L&D teams across K-12, higher education, and corporate sectors, inspiring employees to reach their full potential by incorporating meaningful coaching, feedback, and ongoing support models. Shelley is passionate about cultivating relationships and fostering “lightbulb moments” in both coaching and learning.
